Love. This. Happens to so many bands. Off the top of my head:
All Time Low (literally cannot tolerate the 14-year-olds screaming and crying)
A Day to Remember (seriously, why do kids have to punch people in pits these days? You’re seriously going to really hurt someone, that’s not cool)
Enter Shikari (again with people punching each other)
Every Aveune (again with the 14-year-olds screaming and crying)
New Found Glory (again with the violence, although not as bad as the other two bands)
Rise Against (don’t preach at me you prick!)
Zebrahead (again, violence)This why I love gigs like Less Than Jake, Rancid, Funeral for a Friend… none of this bullshit, it’s all about being there and enjoying the music, not “creaming your pants” or beating the fuck out of anyone who dares to touch you.
